Success in a time of chaos and upheaval ….lean, purposeful, and powerful!  Our entire world made an unprecedented shift in March, and like others in Chiropractic, my practice was changed drastically.  When I started practice over 20 years ago (which is when I started coaching with Dr. Shawn Powers), I remember her saying…”all you need to practice is your hands, a table and your heart”.  Fast forward to 2020, who knew that I would be in a place where I felt like I was starting my practice over.
